1. Introduction

Welcome to DPM Journal (“the App”), operated by Quest Performance LLC. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree tothese terms, please do not use the App.

 

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This App is licensed, not sold, to you.

For applications downloaded from the Apple App Store, use of the App is governed by

Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

For applications downloaded from Google Play or other platforms, these Terms and

Conditions constitute the end user license agreement and govern your use of the App.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Misuse the App

• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the App

• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

 

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscription Details  

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription options, pricing, and duration

are displayed within the App and on the applicable app store at the time of purchase.

 

Billing  

Payment will be charged to your account at the confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours

before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current

subscription period.

 

Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions  

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

on the platform where you purchased the subscription.

 

Free Trials  

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited

when a subscription is purchased.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the platform through which the subscription was purchased,

in accordance with that platform’s refund policies.

6. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of the App.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
